Rega Research Limited is a private limited company registered in England (011180303).
We design, handmade hi-fi audio equipment which are exported globally to more than 50 countries.

For Staff and Job Applicants
- Recruitment Data: name, contact details, date of birth, employment history, qualifications, identification documents (passport), right to work, and references.
- Employment Records: contract details, payroll information, tax status, and performance reviews.
- Sensitive Data: to comply with legal obligations, health, and safety in workplace, we may collect health data, criminal record, racial or ethnic origin. This information is subject to additional protection due to its sensitive nature.
For Customers
- Contact Information: name, address, email address, phone number.
- Account information: payment details, purchase, or service history.
- Communication Data: records of inquiries, emails, dealing with requests and meeting notes.
- Marketing Preferences: Information on whether you wish to receive updates from us.
How will we use your data?
Staff
- Recruitment: Assessing your suitability for a role, verifying references, and conducting "Right to Work" background checks.
- Payroll and Benefits: Processing your salary, managing pension contributions, and administering employee benefits.
- Contractual Obligations: Maintaining your employment contract and managing holiday, sick pay, and leave entitlements.

Complaints
If you have any concerns about how we process your data, please contact us in the first instance. We will process your complaint within 30 days. If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you should then escalate to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
