As an Export Assistant you will be working with the Export coordinator to provide a key point of contact for their distributors. Therefore excellent communication with a good telephone manner and ability to listen are essential. We are looking for an experienced Export Assistant to deal with global distribution.

Tasks

Working with the export coordinator with the following tasks:-

  • Provide excellent customer support for 42 export distributors worldwide
  • Obtaining a minimum of 3 month forecast orders from distributors
  • Processing of export and OEM orders onto factory master system
  • Confirming forecast orders to firm 6 weeks prior to production
  • Communicating with sales team members and the wider  team to ensure efficient completion of all orders
  • Raise pick lists, delivery notes, packing lists and invoices.
  • Ensuring payment of orders prior to collection
  • Liaison with warehouse team and freight forwarders to ensure timely collection of orders
  • Assist the Export Coordinator with maintaining the Export sales term and conditions
  • Assist the Export Coordinator with maintaining OEM terms and conditions of sale
  • Collation of all export documentation EAD, C88, SAD etc and filing for UK customs purposes
  • Awareness of export legislation
  • Working with the wider team to help resolve any Export or OEM customer queries or customer service issues.
  • Checking HMRC MSS monthly report
  • Covering Export Coordinator and Export email inbox when Coordinator is travelling.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm with one hour lunch, free lunch provided daily.

Salary £23,000 per annum plus a generous annual profit related bonus.
