The picture on the door really sums up this department: A room of creative enthusiasm! However, don't be fooled into thinking that it is just these people that create our products. Everyone at Rega is often called upon to offer their opinions and help to fulfil project briefs. It's this amalgamation of ideas that often mould our products.

We get through lots of ideas and brain storming sessions before we start to construct a solution for a brief. More often than not, we will get our pens out and scribble what feels like hundreds of ideas onto paper trying to define the design into an actual prototype that could work, satisfying details like, what materials we could use? How it could be manufactured and packaged? Its appearance and its cost. All of these things have huge consequences on a products finished design. And usually because of these things, a lot of compromises are made to the original concept... but that's the fun of design!
