New CDP Remote

The new CDP remote operates all remote controlled Rega CD players but has been specifically designed for the Apollo and future new CD players from Rega.

The new remote is essential for getting the full functionality from the Apollo CD player.

The CDP remote offers all additional functions for the CD player.

These include programming and ‘Display Off’ - a function which disables the fluorescent display and its relevant circuitry; reducing unnecessary interference and minimising current draw.

All MP3 functions are operated from the handset, features such as Album up / Album down and +10 tracks and -10 tracks.

It is possible to select tracks over 9 and over 99 with the >10 and >100 buttons.

Eject, I/P1 and I/P2 have been designed into the remote as a means of future proofing Rega products, so that we have the option if we need to or want to design a tray loader and to have additional inputs if required. ( they do not work on the Apollo )

The CDP remote utilises the same case work as the 'Solar' for that family feel.

The CDP remote is supplied as standard with Rega’s new range of CD players and is also available separately.
